By facilitating this first step of process discovery, ARPA guarantees a systematic way of identifying, mapping, defining and analyzing business processes and the associated activities and tasks.
This initial approach, within what is considered the first stage of Process Mining, can simplify the construction of a use case, and thereby demonstrate the need for automation of many processes, and also the ROI that justifies such an investment – important for supporting top management’s investment decision in this area.
